Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Digital Communications Manager to manage the email program at BMO Global Asset Management (GAM). This role is ideal for someone who is looking to expand their practical digital experience into leading program strategy contribute to the execution of digital marketing campaigns, email newsletters and digital analytics. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth digital experiences across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the email newsletters program, including audience segmentation, scheduling, testing, and performance tracking.
- Responsible for delivering engagement reports for email and campaign content
- Responsible for ensuring CASL and AODA compliance in external campaigns
