About the Role
The Company is in need of a remote Head of CRM to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and managing CRM strategy across all markets, leading retention and engagement campaigns for sportsbook and casino products, and overseeing segmentation and targeted CRM communications. This role requires a focus on player lifecycle management, segmentation, and campaign optimization across multiple markets.
