Digital Practice Manager (Edmonton)

Leading the Business Case Analysis (BCA) process for ES NA digital ideas or projects.

• Creating BCAs that include written descriptions and financial analysis.
• Tracking BCA approvals which may include meetings with ES NA Leadership.
• Working with Project Accounting (PA) Teams to set up cost accumulation projects in US and CA BCs.
• Progress reporting and financial accounting.
• Setting up One Drive / collaboration folders to consolidate documentation / approvals

Leading Request for New Technology Solution (RTS) process for ES NA.

• Reviewing RTS Planner for new ES requests with an expectation that initial Receipt Confirmation emails will be provided within ~24 hours of submission.
• Creating BCAs for new requests including written descriptions and financial analysis, even in instances of open source / free software.
• Monitoring / maintaining RTS Tracker throughout various approval stages.
