We are looking for a highly organized Digital Project Coordinator to manage digital content production workflows and ensure projects are delivered on time and on brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end digital content production workflow
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, and media teams
• Assist in preparing presentations, agendas, and reports
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials
• Handle WIP tracking and escalate issues when needed
• Open job numbers and process POs
• File and release signed estimates
• Coordinate asset dispatch with media partners
• Conduct basic competitor and category research
