Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Services & Member Engagement Manager to lead the development and growth of a strategic portfolio of digital services delivered to an international network of members.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategy for a portfolio of digital services (offering, roadmap, evolutions)
- Support the growth of the program through new member acquisition and expansion of existing accounts
- Act as the main point of contact for member organizations, building strong, trust-based relationships
- Understand member needs, lead workshops, and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to guide product and service evolution (prioritization, delivery follow-up, quality)
- Contribute to the development of the offer (pricing, service offerings, additional modules)
