Job Description
Responsibilities Ability to select, train, motivate and develop subordinates as well as maintain department budget. Advises the senior management on Diagnostic technology initiatives and serves as a resource to departments and committees. Provides direction for the Radiologic staff in managing the day to day operations of Radiology. Oversees Joint Commission, TDH, regulatory, and unit compliance, maintaining a smooth functioning healthcare team and also serves as senior Radiologist Technologist advisor.
