JOB PURPOSE
Under direction from the VP of Operations, The Ground Operations Sr. Director will identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs / Projects of the following areas:
- Pickup & Delivery Engineering (NOEP)
- Hubs Engineering
- Gateway Engineering
- OPS Infrastructure & Maintenance
- Operational Cost
- Company Fleet + 4500 vehicles in OPS
- OPS Applications (Programs)
- Disptach (Pickup capacity) & BPO (Data Cleansing)
