主要工作内容：
+ 完成日常销售活动目标，包括但不限于拓展客户、准备投保建议书和客户拜访等。
+ 完成月度和年度销售目标。
+ 根据销售目标回顾上周销售业绩，并定期编制每周活动计划。
+ 及时收取保费。
+ 为客户提供必要的售后服务。
+ 按照直销手册实施最佳实践。

+ 本科学历（业务能力特别优秀者可放宽至大专学历）。
+ 有相关销售经验者优先考虑。
+ 优秀的沟通和表达能力。
+ 工作努力，精力充沛，能够承受工作压力。
