But the architecture has reached its limits - scaling, cloud deployment, and modern feature development are constrained by technical debt accumulated over three decades.
Apollo is Paessler's strategic initiative to modernize PRTG's core architecture. We're extracting business logic from Delphi and rebuilding in Rust, using AI-assisted development as the primary methodology. This isn't a rewrite-from-scratch - it's a surgical extraction that preserves business continuity while enabling a cloud-native future.
