Job Description
MAJOR DUTIES:
The Director of Assembly will be responsible for the implementation of strategy and the development of policies and control systems for the assembly of value-added factory automation projects. The individual will provide leadership, foster an environment of teamwork, collaboration, employee development and continuous improvement within a highly skilled and engaged workforce.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the expected bookings report regularly and maintain a planning horizon.Verify available budget and schedule for work to be performed. Report monthly metrics and enact corrective actions when appropriate to correct negative trends in budget or schedule performance. Attend regularly scheduled leadership meetings, project kick-off meetings, scheduling meetings and project status meetings and plan department activities based on the requirements of the operation.Plan work...
