Director Business Intelligence & Reporting (For an enterprise client)

Budget: Upto INR 65 lacs Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to head our Business Intelligence and Reporting team in Pune. This role involves managing a large team of 80 professionals across junior, mid, and senior levels, with a strategic focus on transforming traditional reporting functions into a cutting-edge Conversational AI and Analytics advisory hub. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in BI tools, advanced analytics architectures, SQL, and a broad understanding of Generative AI to drive innovation and value for the organization. The candidate is preferred to have Pre Sales experience on large turnkey projects.
