Director Data Engineering (Financial Services space)

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Data Engineering leader with deep technical expertise and strong business acumen to lead and scale our Data Engineering practice. This role will own end-to-end delivery, revenue, and people management while working closely with GCC customers and senior stakeholders to drive large-scale data transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical leadership across the data landscape, spanning Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Big Data platforms.


• Own end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering engagements, which contribute to ~95% of overall revenue.


• Lead solution design and architecture across data warehousing, data lakes, Spark, Databricks, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
