EHS Strategy & Governance
- Develop, implement, and review the annual EHS plan in collaboration with site leadership.
- Lead EHS Council, Factory Safety Committee, and Management Review meetings.
- Drive the development, documentation, and effective implementation of Safety SOPs.
- Prepare and manage the annual EHS budget; plan and procure safety and fire‑related equipment.
2. Regulatory Compliance & Certifications
- Ensure full compliance with local and national EHS and fire safety regulations.
- Act as the Management Representative for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
- Liaise with government fire and regulatory authorities to fulfill statutory obligations.
- Manage relations with regulatory agencies and local communities to build trust and ensure social responsibility.
