Austral Cimentos Sofala, company dedicated to the manufacture of cement, headquartered in Dondo District, Samora Machel Industrial Zone, is recruiting Director for Strategy $ Sales with the requirements mentioned below to join its staff.Cooperate with EAR Commercial Director and Area Directors to implement concepts and strategy of HM Group. Prepare sales strategy with focus on micro-market positioning and customer management. Building strong relationships with customers through negotiation and partnerships to implement strategies. Manage sales contracts to ensure mutual beneficial agreements with clients. Revise portfolio strategy, ensure its alignment with relevant stakeholders (e.g. production) and implementation in the market. Work-out product positioning strategy including promotion tactics to improve ACS brand visibility in the market. Analyze competition activities and implement actions to increase or defend ACS market share.
