Director, Global A&R responsible for talent identification, acquisition, artist development, project execution and global strategy across Warner Music Canada/ADA Canada.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Identification & Acquisition – Identify and sign emerging artists globally.
- Creative Development & Artist Strategy – Collaborate with producers, songwriters, artists to shape musical vision and mentor artists.
- Project Management & Oversight – Manage producers, songwriters, budgets, timelines, oversee studio shoots, and ensure efficient project execution.
- Market Analysis & Industry Trends – Monitor emerging trends, recommend strategic adjustments, and engage on social media.
- Global Impact & Branding – Execute strategies for global exposure, collaborating with marketing, PR, and other departments.
