The Director Infrastructure Operations reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and manages, inspires and motivates a group of onsite and remote DevOps engineers. He/she supports and ensures operations processes are clearly documented, communicated and understood to deliver a consistent high quality of service and reliability to our client’s organization.

• Leading the team through technical evolution towards scalable and modern architecture. Always have service availability top of mind to drive towards automation in delivering resilient and self-correcting systems

• Effective monitoring and alerting solutions that can be pre-emptive in detecting and resolving issues. Accountable for maintaining and exceeding service levels to ensure availability expectations are always met.
