Leadership development - Identify learning needs, work with the AVP & CHRO to develop or customize available programs and facilitate or oversee the delivery of development programs. Mentoring- Provide coaching and assist management in the matching of individuals with mentors. Designs formal mentorship program.Conducts / manages training for mentors across the organization. Assess organizational needs of operating, business, and functional units. Work collaboratively with the AVP & CHRO on the design, development and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies to meet business needs and program goals. Provide daily support around learning and development programs to fulfill end users’ specific needs to maintain or improve job, soft, business, and technical skills, and behaviors.
