Position Summary
Director of M&A, Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio. Perseus Group, a division of Constellation Software, is looking for a Director of M&A for its homebuilding and construction portfolio. The role reports to the President of the Homebuilder Solutions Portfolio and will manage the portfolio’s acquisition sourcing pipeline, collaborate with Perseus’ shared M&A execution team, and oversee the portfolio’s transactions through the entire M&A lifecycle. The Director will source and analyze investment opportunities and coordinate M&A execution to help develop an understanding of investing, operating, and growing vertical market software businesses.
