Director of Sales & Marketing - Luxury Hotel (F/M)

Morgan Philips has been retained by a luxury emblematic 5* hotel on the border of the lake Leman to recruit a Director of Sales & Marketing .
Our client is looking for a leader, bringing proven sales expertise and experience combined with a strong marketing exposure.


Your main responsibilities would be :

Strategy & Management:

Prepare and monitor budgets & forecasts,

Create and implement plans that drive measurable incremental occupancy, increase average rate and increase volume,

Lead and manage sales, events and marketing team (8 persons).

Sales:

Establishing contact and acquiring potential new customers as well as supporting existing customers,

Expansion of the market position and creation of the sales action plan,

Preparation of the annual sales budget as well as ensuring compliance,
