Job Description
The purpose of Global VE/CE Projects Engineering Director role is to lead the VE/CE GPE team, working in various engineering disciplines like HPS, HBS and UOP. The VE/CE Projects Director will drive key metrics of VE/CE inside the Projects business across GBEs, creating and managing productivity projects.
**Principal Responsibilities**
The principal responsibility is to drive engineering productivity in the Projects Business by contributing in the following areas:
+ Share a vision, mission and charter for the VE/CE GPE team.
+ Keep very high employee motivation to deliver on quality and schedule for all assignments. Drive employee engagement and keep attrition under control for key positions.
+ Drive standard HR Processes like HPD, succession planning, performance driven differentiation
+ Effective employee communication through skip level meetings, townhalls, focus group communications etc.,
