Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Project Managers and System Engineers that coordinates the activities of project team members from different departments.
• Perform workload forecast to ensure the Project Management department is properly staffed to execute the projects portfolio.
• Structure the launch of all new projects, set financial objectives and the operating strategy with the team.
• Ensure the project teams do the general and detailed planning and coordination of activities required to meet established contractual and financial objectives with all the departments.
• Ensure the project teams meet compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, quality and health & safety standards from Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and at Site, as well as the timely performance of all activities related to each project under their supervision.
