Responsibilities
Manage a team of Project Managers and System Engineers that coordinates the activities of project team members from different departments. Perform workload forecast to ensure the Project Management department is properly staffed to execute the projects portfolio. Structure the launch of all new projects, set financial objectives and the operating strategy with the team. Ensure the project teams do the general and detailed planning and coordination of activities required to meet established contractual and financial objectives with all the departments. Ensure the project teams meet compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, quality and health & safety standards from Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing and at Site, as well as the timely performance of all activities related to each project under their supervision.
