Job Description
What you will be doing:
Establish, implement and drive the strategic technical direction of the Health Data Platform Features team by translating business goals into a coherent technical roadmap that balances short-term needs with long-term scalability and innovation
Partner directly with the CEO, CTO, and other senior executives to define priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and report on progress.
Ensure the team is effectively assigned to Features development work, with a focus on quality, efficiency and effectiveness, to deliver on department and company objectives.
Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature release cycles in collaboration with engineering leads.
Ensure that team members are correctly tracking hours for billing purposes. Monitor regularly to ensure proper utilization of time.
