Job Summary
The Director, Technical Program Management will be based in Aguascalientes, MX reporting to the Sr Director, Program Management.
What a typical day looks like:
Manage customer relationship on a Global basis and will act as the first escalation point globally for the assigned product programs, projects and operational performance issues.Ensure collaborative cross-functional teamwork to effectively initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control all phases of the customer programs from RFQ through development, NPI, and ramp to stable production.Ensure effective two-way communications between Customer and Flex design & manufacturing sites.Provide the necessary leadership and support to site Program & Project Managers (design, NPI, lead etc) to ensure programs are executed to plans and customer issues are handled properly.Together with Global Account Manager, drive account strategy for fu...
