- Coordination and monitoring of construction execution, in collaboration with all Production Support Departments.
- Preparation and updating of the detailed project budget.
- Conducting inquiries, negotiations, and award of subcontractors and supplies.
- Planning, execution and rigorous monitoring of the work schedule.
- Daily management of human resources (staff sizing and organization), materials, equipment and costs, ensuring quality and compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
