We provide quality care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live the lifestyle of their choosing. Our team is committed to empowering our clients through Person-Centred Active Support practice, you'll empower Clients to achieve their goals and demonstrate your contemporary disability support knowledge.
This Part time Position working a range of shifts, morning shift 6.30 – 9.30am afternoon shift 2.30 pm – 8.00pm and weekday and weekends required. The roster line will be provided to shortlisted candidates
About you
You will be an experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) providing personalized care and support to people with disabilities in a residential setting. You will assist clients in achieving their goals and support them in their daily activities.
