About the Role
Are you compassionate, switched on, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team supporting customers in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Emerald.
This casual position offers flexible hours including active awake night shifts. You’ll be working as part of a committed team to provide tailored support in the home and out in the community.
About You
- Previous experience in the health sector with support or community care is preferred
- Applicants should have a strong understanding of mealtime support and PEG feeding procedures.
- Experience in manual handling and providing personal care including bathing, toileting and dressing
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders and is a team player
