Dispatcher 1 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Mon–Fri Sat–Sun U.S. business days
Dispatcher 2 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Tue–Sat Sun–Mon U.S. afternoon/evening
Dispatcher 3 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sun–Thu Fri–Sat U.S. overnight
This model provides full 24/7 operational coverage aligned with U.S. time zones.
