We are seeking reliable and detail‑oriented Dispatch Coordinators to support our U.S.-based moving operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for drivers, van line agents, and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of household goods shipments and real‑time operational support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment, communicates clearly under pressure, and maintains high data accuracy while supporting drivers and field partners.

Shift Structure (U.S.-Time-Aligned Coverage)

• Dispatcher 1 – 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Mon–Fri, Sat–Sun (U.S. business days)
• Dispatcher 2 – 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM Tue–Sat, Sun–Mon (U.S. afternoon/evening)
• Dispatcher 3 – 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Sun–Thu, Fri–Sat (U.S. overnight)
