Dispatch Executive

 Job location – Indore 

Exp.- 2 yrs 

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and schedule dispatches according to daily delivery requirements. 

 Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for loading/unloading and timely
dispatch of goods. 

 Monitor vehicle movement and ensure route optimization. 

 Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers and internal
stakeholders. 

 Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and returns. 

 Communicate effectively with drivers to handle delays, route changes, and other
concerns.

  Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and legal
requirements. 

 Assist in managing inventory levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
