About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatch & Operations Scheduler to support a landscaping company’s daily field operations. This role is responsible for managing crew schedules, adjusting job assignments in real time, confirming job readiness, and ensuring smooth daily execution.

The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, confident on the phone, able to make quick decisions under pressure, and comfortable coordinating between field crews, the shop, and internal teams.
