Ventia’s Adelaide Operations Centre (VOC) operates from our Wakefield Street office in the heart of the CBD, steps from public transport. The VOC provides high quality customer service across inbound, outbound, and email channels, partnering with a diverse mix of clients across essential public services and frontline sectors.
We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Officer to join our team. This hybrid role combines dispatch coordination with work order analysis, ensuring timely resource allocation and continuous improvement in Breakdown Maintenance performance using tools such as SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.
This is a 6 month fixed term position based in the Wakefield Street office. Flexibility with working hours is essential, as the role requires coverage across varying shifts. You must be available to work either a 1:00pm–8:00pm shift or a 2:30pm–10:30pm shift, along with weekend availability
