Job Description
We are looking for a Dispatch Supervisor who will oversee daily dispatch activities to make sure vehicles are assigned correctly and trips are completed on time. This role supports smooth operations in a busy, time-sensitive environment by coordinating with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily dispatch operations and ensure trips are assigned properly
Monitor vehicle availability, trip queues, and service flow in real time
Guide and support dispatch staff to follow procedures and meet targets
Handle issues such as delays, no-shows, rerouting, and customer concerns
Coordinate with Driver Operations, Customer Support, and other teams to resolve issues quickly
Make sure incidents and exceptions are logged correctly
Ensure all operations follow company rules, safety guidelines, and required regulations
Track basic performance data such as on-time trips and vehicle usage
