You will coach drivers, process complaints, and handle radio traffic while assisting with additional clerical tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise scheduling and routing of all buses
• Provide counseling to drivers and monitors
• Manage extensive phone and radio communications
• Take and report on scheduling complaints
• Coordinate communication with major customers
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant dispatch experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with radio dispatch systems
