Distributed Cloud l Data Visualization Practice Lead

We are looking for a hands-on technical leader to define, build, and scale our Data Visualization Practice.

You will serve as the Player-Coach for the unit: defining the Go-To-Market strategy and winning new business, while simultaneously acting as the Chief Architect who defines the engineering standards for the team. You will lead the transition to code-first BI (TMDL, Git) while ensuring our solutions integrate seamlessly with any modern data platform (Fabric, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).

1. Practice Strategy & Commercial Support

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the definition and execution of the practice roadmap, service offerings, and sales strategy.

• Pre-Sales Support & Solutioning: Partner with the PreSales and Sales teams to support technical pre-sales, design solution architectures, and scope proposals (SOWs) for clients.
