Job Description Summary
Grow net sales value on an annual, monthly, customer and brand basis in order to deliver the annual plan and beat the competition. Manage relationships with accounts and lead the implementation of company strategy at customer level via programs that recognize company strategic and tactical objectives. Work closely with Trade Development, supplier counterparts, field sales, customers and District Managers to manage business and programs. Lead, coach and develop team capabilities and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of annual plans for key accounts that state agreed brand and consumer strategies and insure the delivery of business goals
- Collaborate with Trade Development to manage and evaluate all promotional spending and performance by account and implement corrective business building actions
