DMWS - Programme Lead Valour Northeast

Part‑time Position

Position: part‑time, 21 hours per week. Location: Valour Regional Centre, Murton, County Durham. Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day work associated with the Valour Programme to support the implementation of the Regional Strategic Plan.
• Measure programme effectiveness.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Develop knowledge, collaborations, and person‑centred support provision.
• Identify ways to build enduring, resilient networks and pathways to timely and effective support.
• Support flexible working arrangements as requested; many staff work flexible hours or partly from home.
