Reporting to the Terminal Manager, this role calls for a seasoned Dock Supervisor with a strong background in transportation and supervisory skills. You will manage a high-volume dock, processing inbound and outbound loads efficiently while providing clear communication to your team. Your leadership will drive revenue growth and improve dock functions across Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and monitor load deliveries within local cities
• Ensure dock personnel operate safely and efficiently
• Process inbound freight and outbound shipments timely
