About the role
CPO ELECTRONICS PHILIPPINES INC' is seeking an experienced Document Controller (DCC) to join our team in Lipa City, Batangas. As a full-time Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's critical documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
What you’ll be doing
Implement and maintain document control procedures to govern the creation, review, approval, distribution, storage and retrieval of all company documents
Ensure all documents are properly identified, indexed, filed and archived according to established protocols
Process incoming and outgoing documents, including logging, scanning, distributing and tracking
Provide support to project teams by facilitating the flow of documentation and information
Monitor document status and compliance, and report on KPIs to management
