Job Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Document Controller to support hospitality (hotel) development projects, with a strong focus on project closeout and compliance documentation. This is an on‑site role, requiring consistent presence at the project location to coordinate documentation directly with construction, facilities management, and asset management teams.

The Document Controller will play a key role in ensuring all project documentation meets hotel brand standards, regulatory requirements, and operational readiness criteria prior to handover.
