1. Responsible for Telecom communication engineering construction company  sourcing, certification
2. Responsible for the engineering project delivery process of subcontractors management: including POs,settlement and payment, problem handling, etc.
3. Ensure enough subcontractor teams resource for Project implementation
4. Candidate must willing to relocate in Iloilo or Tacloban
