Domestic Assistant Contract £12.71 per hour
Contracted to 22.5 hours per week
Shift Times 9AM - 2PM
Set Shifts – Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday | Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided and onsite parking. 5.6 weeks annual leave (pro rata).
Role Overview
As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and comfortable environment for individuals with a range of complex needs, including advanced dementia and mental health conditions. Your work will support the overall wellbeing of residents, helping to create a calm and welcoming space where they feel safe and at home. You will carry out cleaning duties across residents’ rooms, communal areas and shared spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and infection control are maintained at all times.
