Oundle School has an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Team Leader to join the School Services Team , supporting the Matron and Housemaster/Housemistress (Hsm) or Head of Department.
The role
As a Domestic Team Leader (DTL), you’ll play an important part in our Operations team, helping to create a clean, safe and welcoming environment across the School. You’ll work closely with the Matron and Housemaster/Housemistress (Hsm) in a boarding house, or with a Head of Department, to make sure standards are consistently met in line with the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
This is a practical, hands‑on role where you’ll lead and support a team of 5–8 Domestic Operatives (DOs). You’ll also be supported by a Senior Domestic Team Leader (SDTL).
