Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance of .NET-based applications. This includes troubleshooting issues, applying code-level fixes, performing impact analysis, and coordinating with multiple integration teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and problems
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS):
Troubleshoot application and integration issues in .NET-based systems and provide timely resolutions
Perform root cause analysis and apply code-level fixes for production issues
Handle support tickets, prioritize based on impact, and provide resolution within agreed SLAs
Monitor system performance and health, proactively identify potential issues
Collaborate with integration teams and other third-party vendors to resolve interface-related problems
Maintain documentation of known issues and resolution steps
