Drainage Operator - Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil Drainage Foreman to lead crews across drainage, sewer and water infrastructure projects throughout the Wellington region. This is a hands-on role , leading from the front on site.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Foreman or Senior Leading Hand in civil drainage
• Strong background in stormwater, sewer, still water works and services
• Experience supervising crews and coordinating site activities
• Full Class 2 licence minimum with WTR (Class 4 advantageous)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Competent with Health & Safety procedures and site compliance
