Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Architectural / MEP / Structural Designer with strong expertise in U.S. residential and commercial projects and multi-state building code compliance. If you're detail-oriented and comfortable working across disciplines, this role is for you.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. design industry
- Proven experience in residential and commercial buildings
- Strong knowledge of U.S. building codes across multiple states
(IBC, IRC, NEC, state & local amendments)
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- Revit (Is a Plus)
- SketchUp (Is a Plus)
- 3ds Max (Is a Plus)
- Ability to produce accurate 2D construction and permit drawings
- Experience coordinating architectural, MEP, and structural drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
