To ensure that the Vehicle assigned to you is in good condition at all times and motorable
This involves checking the following:
Insurance
Roadworthy Certificates
Oil Change and any other periodic maintenance eg. changing of plugs, etc.
To report immediately, any fault detected on the vehicle in your care and follow up to ensure that repairs are done.
You are to ensure maintenance of a clean and neat appearance of the vehicle entrusted into their care.
You are to ensure the car is fuelled at all times and the fuel level is appropriate for any errand and will not run out on the way.
Ensure you keep your log books of the dates for the expiration of insurance, roadworthy, and oil changes.
