About the Role
This is a full‑time, permanent position involving the delivery of construction materials across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. In addition to driving duties, you may be required to assist with other reasonable tasks within the business when deliveries are not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles in line with company and legal requirements
- Complete multi‑drop deliveries of construction materials
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects
- Maintain accurate records of driving hours and vehicle inspections
- Operate tachograph equipment in accordance with regulations
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Comply with all health and safety procedures
- Undertake other reasonable duties within the business when required
