Driver – Horncastle
TransportConnect Ltd is urgently seeking B Licence and/or D Licence and D1 Licence drivers for our CallConnect Contract at our Horncastle-based depot. The hourly rate for a driver is £13.36 per hour.
We are looking to employ professional bus drivers and newcomers to the Passenger Services Transport industry. A full enhanced DBS check will be performed on all candidates, and training will be available for suitable youngsters or new entrants who have the right outlook and commitment to the business.
There is a clear career progression from 8‑Seater to D1, D, Lead Driver, Supervisor, Office‑based CPC holder and up to Transport Manager – suitable for individuals of any age who are committed and hardworking.
Location: Council Highways Depot, Hemingsby Lane, Horncastle, LN9 5PN.
Shift patterns: 06:30‑12:00 and 12:00‑19:00, or three 3‑hour long day shifts – to be discussed at interview.
