Driver Qualification Processor

A Driver Screening role is focused on vetting candidates to ensure they are safe, reliable, and qualified to operate company vehicles. Key components include verifying a clean driving record, conducting background checks, assessing, and requiring a valid license. It ensures compliance with safety regulations and reduces company liability.

Job Duties

* Verifications of Employment (VOE)

Initial send of DOT verifications via 3rd party, fax, email (using KAG VOE contact information spreadsheet and Tenstreet contacts).

Follow up on pending verifications 2-3x per week (if able to call).

* DOT Drug Screen & Physical Information

Uploading clinic documents into Tenstreet.

Calling clinics for missing information and escalation.

Checking the vendor website (HireRight) and Pulse (Tenstreet) to pull drug testing and physical results.

* Pending item follow-up and update/upload in Tenstreet
